A very good trip. Food is not quite as good as some I have sailed on but good for most part. Cabin steward GERARDO is awesome! Can not say enough about him. Dining room service was a bit lacking , our dining staff during assigned evening meals lacked much in way of personality but during some of the other times the staff was most enjoyable. There is a head waiter by name of JOSE who was quite enjoyable and entertaining. The buffet area is a bit small and confining causing traffic issue but not a big deal. Cleanliness and sanitizatiin is a big deal with the line. Every trip into a food area you were encouraged to use as my grandson would say "hanitizer" (hand sanitizer). A great deal of marketing takes place onboard but it is not offensive. One thing that is offensive is the cigarette smell in the casino that you nearly always have to travel thru on deck 6. I understand some slots allow smoking. Never saw any smoking in casino but you could certainly smell it. We had inside cabin that appeared to be a bit larger with more storage than others we have sailed on. Be glad to cruise on the Ruby again
