Sail Date: May 2017

My second cruise on this ship the old Thomson Dream although a large ship 12 decks , by today's modern standards is small but that suits me fine wouldn't want to travel on one of the massive ships we passed. Cabins are small and basic but contain everything one needs (except a bath) plug sockets are European style. evening shows are brilliant fabulous team of singers and dancers not vast amounts of activities daytime but then one would tend to be out on excursions which are varied to suit all tastes with very knowledgeable local guides, although in my opinion overpriced. Restaurant speed much improved since last year as well as the main waiter service restaurant there are two help youself buffet restaurants and three extra charge a la carte restaurants none of which I tried Getting on and off the ship is simple and quick. Service in all departments is second to none can't be faulted. My only whinge is that everything is geared to con extra money out of you. Ships currency is pounds making life easier all round
