Crew were well trained, polite and very good, in some cases let down by management of restaurants and disembarking arrangements.
The ship was very full. Food was good quality Raffles Bistro on deck 10 was a scrum most times of the day. Other restaurants were good for dinner but with two sittings at 6pm and 8.15 it was rather rushed. Table stewards very good and did their best. House wine was reasonably priced.
All the crew worked very hard, I did wonder how many hours they were asked to work on a daily basis.
we booked a premuim Ocean view cabin on deck 7 Pacific Deck on Starboard side.
The cabin was Ok but compared with our cabin on Jade NCL cruise line in 2010 it was disappointing with no balcony.
