chose this cruise because it visited the 2 countries we wanted to see and get the most out of in the least amount of time. it was our 1st cruise and RC really was very impressive with their customer service with the exception of the final disembark and the tender disembark which were I felt very unorganized and not thought out and had the wrong people handling hands on. But the service was impeccable, friendly staff that really gave the impression that they enjoyed their jobs and wanted to be as nice as they could to the guests. the food in the WJ we felt was great, the MDR was very good also, the 2 bottles of wine policy was very good, the 2 sea days they made sure there was enough to keep everyone busy besides hanging out at the noisy pool area. the shows , well, some excellent, some were not, but easily finding a seat was very good. never missed the mimosa specials also. wanted to go to the gym, but too many gym rat and musclehead types we saw for us would be uncomfortable.
