Arrived 3 days before cruise taking those excursions well worth it our guide Garfield and Randall were so proud and informative on their culture. Embarkation and Disembarkation went smoothly, wasn't impressed by quality of food, staff and service around ship was excellent, loved Oahu lots to see and do you have big city activities, Pearl Harbor a must, Haleakala crater at sunset superb, Lahania avoid reminded me of Key West shopping not great,( should have taken Road to Hana) Luau at Kauai a most and spend extra $25.00 to get front row seats, best of Maui disappointed take something else , Fern Grotto not worth it, Kona Land and Sea was nice, Hilo Volcano was erupting but got better view at night seeing lava going into the ocean, if you like gambling no slot machines aboard American waters, Kualoa Ranch OK not into movies sets where some movies were filmed there. We had a late departure once off the ship they stated if your plane left before or around 5 they didn't have anything so my niece found a local guide to take us on a private tour around Oahu and dropped us off at the airport. She was superb and would recommend her to others. Can not comment of entertainment because our tours were long each day and never got to enjoy them but I heard from others they were great. Cabin was nice and clean everyday. Cabin steward was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone who wants the adventure of seeing Hawaii. Also the Marriott in Waikiki was across the street from the Pacific Ocean and very accommodating be prepared if you do their breakfast a little pricey also if you are over 65 we learned they gave 15% off your bill. Aloha
Nice location on the ship handy right across the elevators and never heard them. We had three in our room all woman so we put the beds together to make more room to move around.
Reminded my of Key West and thought it would be more up scale
Waimea Canyon was breathtaking
