The worst food and service we have ever experienced in over 35+ cruises. Simple dinner in a non-crowded dining room took over 1 hour and 45 minutes! Customer service was not present, except possibly our room attendant. I can count on one hand the number of times anyone on the ship said 'good morning' to me, and this was a 17 day cruise! Upon arrival we requested a room upgrade (willing to pay), but no response for 2 full days! And the response was a letter sent to our room, with my name misspelled, and not signed by anyone from Princess. See our cabin review - the loud noise from the band was horrible, and earplugs did not even help it was so loud! For a transatlantic cruise, we have experienced some great enrichment lectures on previous cruises, but only one person giving lectures and not very interesting ones on this cruise. We have cruised Princess many times in the past, and will likely NOT sail another Princess cruise. Something terribly wrong has happened to their food and customer service. Sad.

Not our first inside cabin, but this one was like a postage stamp! Incredibly loud band music from the Princess Theater, located 3 decks below our room, preventing any sleep until after 11:15pm!
