Food was cold found hair in several items, odor in the hall, soda machine not always working, pool restroom never working. Vacuum cleaners were always left in the halls. There was a charge for room service. Goggles for snorkeling were old and fogged up. Coco cay was nice but other than the lunch barbecue there was no water or lemonade. Movies were played at the pool instead of music. I was told my room was ocean view not a porthole ocean view room. The ship had a very musty smell all the time. I was so disappointed I thought Royal Caribbean was a step up from carnival but it's actually a step down. I had trouble from the time I made the reservation and when I was due a refund it took me several calls and two weeks to receive it. I hope my next cruise is much more relaxing
