We have booked Aqua Class cabins since introduced on the Solstice. Check in was easy, enjoyable (with happy checkers) and fast. Then check in process took maybe a total of 10 minutes.

The embarkation was handled very poorly. A woman named Francine (who was very clearly stressed out and unorganized) was directing the embarkation process. She herded us to a seating area she told us was for Aqua Class cabins. We watched a multitude of people with bag tags clearly for other areas. (Aqua Class on Solstice is limited to Deck 11). We observed many people with lower decks and tags embark with the Suite customers. (We cruise often enough to recognize which tags and areas are indicated). It was frustrating to watch. It would have been simple as we have experienced in the past to have signs indicating which area to be seated in with customer service agents directing traffic.

Previously in Aqua Class you received benefits like fresh flowers, bottled water daily , Persian Garden access, sparkling wine on embarkation, fresh fruit, priority embarkation, etc.
