Picked this cruise on the inspiration because of the low cost and value. this cruise did deliver, i called to make reservations in the steakhouse and was told they were all booked up. no the were not, they don't have a steakhouse restaurant on this ship. i did enjoy the shows, one was a motown review and the other a 70"s dance party.
For the value it is unbeatable. sit-down meals served by professionals for 3 meals per day, shows at night, for about $100.00 a day. try to obtain any hotel in la for that price.
I will be back need to see which ships i have not been on yet. no one was trying the watersides because it was cold...
Cabin seemed a little larger than previous trips. had room steward ask about how to clean room. in the morning or the evening. not a question i have had before. i expected it to be cleaned both morning and evening with the turn down. i should have looked at the map the room was below the galley. i heard something rolling around most of the time. didnt bother me but if your a light sleeper be careful.
After the Cruise Went to the Regan Library, Only about 1.5 hours from Dock Great side Trip
Took the local shuttle from the ship to down town. Walked the 2 Block Shopping / Drinking District, That was Enough Back to the ship
