We enjoyed our cruise very much. Our cabin steward was the best we have ever had on a cruise. This was our eighth cruise. She brought us extra pillows and a topper for our mattress. Our bed was on the hard side for the mattress. She gave us extra soap and tissues. Our safe didn't work and she had someone up to fix it within minutes. The ship had been refurbished we were told. But our room was not. What we noticed new were the slides and most outer areas seemed refreshed. New carpeting and paint. Rooms need some attention. The buffet in the Windjammer was so so. It could be better. The dining room food was mostly good. Some of the fish dishes were not so good. Not much beef offered. Maybe trying to get you to go to the Chop house for dinner. Waiters were excellent. Entertainment shows were mostly good. Tours at our stops in Bonaire, Curaçao, and Aruba were good. Did tours of the islands. Flying is the biggest hassle and the San Juan airport was crazy busy coming home. Glad we had extra time to catch our flight coming home. On the ship some of the scheduled shows were hard to catch. Missed most of the ice show since it was only on two days. Tried the last show and we got out from dinner late. Saw about 10 minutes of the show. We like to play bingo but it was so unorganized and very expensive to play. Would not play on future cruises. Do not like how they nickel and dime you for everything. Always trying to get you to buy a drink even after you say no thanks. But overal we did have a good time. The staff was very friendly and helpful and that's a big plus in our book.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

Could use a remake. Liked our balcony but the door to open it was the hardest door we've ever had. Safe didn't work but we got it fixed. Bed was hard were able to get a topper that helped some but really needs to be replaced. Room size is small. My husband and I had a hard time getting around each other at times. Storage is ok. Our luggage barely fit under the bed.
