This was my first cruise so take that into account of my experiences. The boarding process was rather painless. We stood in line for around 30 minutes, but their was air conditioning and not a big deal. Once we were on board our room was ready and our luggage arrived around 4pm. I noticed that my refrigerator didn't cool. I alerted the Steward and he told me that this wasn't like my normal refrigerator. I explained that I understood that but this thing was at room temp. He told me to give it time to cool down.

So we go to the Steak house for dinner that night and we did get the free bottle of wine. The waters were very rough as we were leaving Galveston and I became sick that night and stayed in bed. I finally felt better around midnight and never had any other issues the rest of the cruise. Day 2 the Steward came in and realized my refrigerator was a piece of crap and said they would try to replace it when we got to Key West. This never happened and I just began sticking ice buckets in there to help cool my drinks.

The entire crew of the ship was so kind and good. The dining room staff was amazing. I really appreciated Charlie, Diego, and Epasilito. The ship was very clean and we never had to wait for any type of service that we requested.
