I don't like to fly was the main reason for taking this cruise. getting on and off the ship was a nightmare. 2500 people and it took hours for the process. We are used to 5000 people and have it take half the time. Maybe if they pulled their noses out of the air they could work faster. The breakfast buffet was great, the midday buffet like wise. the evening meal was segregated and the atmosphere was cold. Our servers were very good and became friendly after the second day. The food was good and came as ordered. The lack of an alternative menu was disappointing because the entrees were not always very appealing. I guess you could say they lost something in the translation of upper crust to common folk. We wont be going on Cunard again even though it wasn't that bad overall. We did enjoy the promenade deck because it wrapped the around the whole ship without stairs. The entertainment had hard working dancers and singers that weren't prime time, the comedienne was not just over the hill but he should have stayed retired from the TV show he was on 40 years ago. Maybe his British humor lost something i translation also.
