This was our tenth or eleventh cruise and our second time, in less than a year, on Celebrity. And it was a delight. The ship is terrific. She is beautiful to look at and to wander through, gorgeously designed and wonderfully pleasant to be on. The food was, overall, excellent and the service, in the main dining room especially, was caring, friendly, efficient and always attentive. The dining room staff always seemed to have an uncanny knack for anticipating our needs and their daily recommendations were spot on without fail. Hats off to them. They did a superb job. The same can be said for our cabin attendant, Ali, who always greeted us with a smile; no request was too small or too great. Our room was always promptly taken care of and was always immaculate. He was clearly beloved by all of the passengers in his care. Special mention must be made of the Captain, the best skipper we have ever had the pleasure to cruise with: smart, warm, humorous, approachable, ever present. Embarkation/disembarkation: fast and easy. If there were any disappointments, it was the mediocre entertainment and the rather aggressive sales staff who were, at times, a human obstacle course. But these did not diminish our impression: a gorgeous ship, a great cruise. We look forward to sailing on Celebrity again soon.
