Wanted a different look to our cruise. The ship is big and nice but didn't make up for the other inconveniences we experienced. Ports were fine, been there done that before...except Labadee. We enjoyed it. The Aqua and Ice Show were really good. We didn't catch the Mama Mia show, didn't know it was only for first few nights. My husband was disappointed to only have two card tables for him to choose from, (Three Card Poker.) Our cabin steward Peguy was awesome. I asked that my mattress be changed out on the last night. Had not slept good because of it. They gave us a 10% off our next cruise which probably is not going to happen on Royal. He did an awesome job serving us. I believe the gratuities are a little high as well. Especially when you buy a drink package, which is already expensive. I don't have anything else to say.
