I have sailed on Prinsendam about 200 days overall and love this ship. She has a charming intimacy and her loyal crew make the experience wonderful. Because she is over thirty years old, she is prone to plumbing leaks and uneven heating and air conditioning.

Despite that, her charm and intimacy and small scale attracts loyal followers like me who vastly prefer smaller ships that look like ships and not an amusement park or land resort.

The outside cabins (which I prefer because of price point) are very comfortable and have great storage space, with walk in closets. I also like the tub shower combination which is offered in most cabins. Read more
