We chose thomson for our first cruise as we were told they were a bit more relaxed, adults only, all inclusive and not too big a ship!

I don't want to repeat previous reviews so will try and add bit that were relevant to us .. our Cabin was 8026 which was big and had a balcony with sunbed (just one!) - and a table and two chairs, there was tons of storage - we didn't use all the shelves, lots of hangers in the wardrobe, plenty of storage in bathroom. There was good lighting to put make up on and dry hair. Our cabin steward Herald was very thorough and due to our cabin, we had Clarins toiletries that were replenished as we needed them, and a couple of treats through the week - Temple Spa sleep mist, and two other sleep products. The beds were very comfy, we had twin beds and both have bad backs and didn't suffer which was a first.

We had taken ear plugs as had heard that there could be some noise - we were below the sun bathing areas so sometimes heard them putting the sun beds out early in the morning - no other noise though.
