Pros: Very impressed with embarkation and disembarkation to and from ship. We were onboard in record time (approximately 15 minutes) and disembarkation was equally quick.

Cons: Negative Issues were with fellow passengers smoking on balcony. Reported incident to cabin attendant as well as guest services. Excellent follow-up by cabin attendant as well as voice mail message and card from guest services. Possibly ship-wide announcements or printed cards in room reminding passengers of "No Smoking" policy on balcony would help.

The other disturbing incident was food related. On several nights, plates with left over food were left outside the cabin next to our cabin. The dirty plates were still there in the morning. Not a very appetizing way to start the day. Also, on the last night of the cruise, there were many dirty plates and glasses left overnight directly across from our cabin.
