This was our first cruise and we loved it. The ship was an amazing ship, with tasteful decor, plenty of areas to socialise or find a quiet spot.
Our cabin level was upgraded before we even arrived which was wonderful given we were on a late cheap fare. I was surprised at the size of the cabin with its king size bed, three seater sofa and desk. It was great to have a balcony for relaxing, watching arrivals and departures and drying washing! It was more than adequate for the two of us.
The food in the restaurant was fabulous. The buffet (nicknamed by our dinner table as the 'Bonker Buffet' due to the crowds at peak times) was more than adequate to suit many tastes and if you didn't like the buffet there were free restaurant options.
Very nice with plenty of space and storeage
Cruise information said that unless on an excursion we should stay in the main street as it was not safe to go into the Hill area behind this. This is NOT true. Have since talked to people who live in the Caribbean who say it is as safe as most places. We walked through the shops and then up the Queen Victoria Steps to the fort at the top. All easy and safe to do.
