Beautiful day in Grand Turk
Some of the excellent wines we chose for the cruise; we purchased a wine pa
The chefs did a super job with presentation and the food was awesome!

We chose this cruise because my sister and her family were already scheduled on this trip, and because the ports sounded very nice for our first cruise. Embarkation was somewhat hectic and involved a lot of waiting while standing in lines.

The cabin was very nice and kept spotlessly clean. There was a lot more storage than I had expected. Although we didn't meet our steward right away, she took care of us extremely well throughout the cruise. Unfortunately, being at the very front of the ship, we had a lot of wave crashing noise due to rough seas.

For the first three days, the seas were very rough, which put a damper on many activities. The entertainers were unable to safely perform, and although the dining was very nice, many people couldn't handle the swaying of the ship. Thankfully, it didn't affect the two of us personally.

Cabin 6A

The cabin was at the very front of the ship, nicely organized, and included lots of storage areas. The bathroom was larger than I expected, too. The bed was fairly comfortable. This was considered an interior cabin because of the smaller size, although we had a large window.

Port Reviews

San Juan

We really enjoyed Old San Juan and were glad to have a chance to visit. We saw both forts and were impressed by their size and history. We wandered the old quarter and bought some nice locally-made crafts.

Grand Turk

The beach here is outstanding, although of course crowded. The day was perfect and I wandered through the shops (very touristy) close to the ship.
