Sail Date: May 2017

We choose this cruise for the length of trip and extra ports visited. Most Scandinavia cruises were only 7 days. However it was only available at beginning of May which turned to to be a bit too cold so didn't enjoy as much. In general the ship and cabin was clean and well keep and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Embarking and disembarking was well organized and smooth.

The food quality at main dinning room and cafeteria were okay and average with a few good exception. The Food service lineups were not excessive but still time consuming at peak time. We had a dinner plan and dined in Giovanni's Table and Chops Grille. Both offered slightly better quality and better cut of meats (some available in main dining as options).

The port order could be better aligned to provide a larger and more flexible window for excursions. We did most of our excursions with hop-on hop-off buses which are easily accessible from the docks. Because of port time, were not confident to spend time at many stops.
