Customer service was poor and most employees seemed tired. They need more friendly staff members. Dining room food was good but service was slow. The cabin suites had poor service Had to ash for washcloths and ice. The comedy show was good and the music was go0d but it was only playing about 50% of the time. Coco key was a nice beach but after 2p you couldn't get anything to eat or drink. Not even water Choose another cruise ship for your vacation Some of the hallways smelled of feces and the restrooms needed attention several times. The pool was tiny and the hot tub needed cleaning ... Think they just don't have enough staff. Liked the idea of having hand sanitizer before meals Embarkment was best part of the cruise A very easy process and getting on the ship was actually easy too Think they had a lot of tired employees on this ship!
