This was definitely our worst cruise ever! We had a very smooth embarkation, but as soon as we began to board the ship, an overwhelming stench was present in the main atrium area. We dismissed it to "dock" smells and went on to the Lido deck for lunch. This has got to be the dirtiest ship we have ever traveled on. Elevator spills went untouched from night through next day. The railings on the stairwells were almost always sticky and gross. Food was everywhere on the tables, floor and window sills of the Lido deck dining room. The casino smelled like a moldy, wet, smoky area of grossness.

We had to turn back to Miami after a passenger became ill and ended up losing a port of call in Jamaica. The communication from the ship officers changed from one moment to the next. A written communication would come out, then an announcement from the bridge would be different from the one delivered to stateroom. Even the disembarkation was all messed up. Early flyers were told to go to one location in the memo delivered to stateroom; the morning announcement had everyone going somewhere else. No one seemed to know what was going on.

The entertainment was worse than your local small town theatre company. Singers couldn't find any harmony with each other and it seemed they had just learned the routine the day before. I definitely would not recommend this ship.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Our cabin was spacious and mostly clean. The bathroom needed some cleaning in the sink area but otherwise was generally good. The balcony was well equipped with a couple of chairs and a small table.
