We looked at dozens of cruises but liked what we saw from Scenic. We travelled to Amsterdam with Eurostar, so easy and seamless. We were warmly welcomed on arrival on the Ruby and so it continued for the whole week. The ship is wonderful, the cabins smart and spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. We loved the verandah which gave us a quiet space to sit if we wanted to. The butler service is a great addition and he was marvellous. The food was delicious, plenty of choice at every mealtime. The Gala Dinner and our dinner in Portobello's were memorable. The tours were excellent and the Guides were extremely knowledgeable. I don't think I can honestly say there was anything that could be improved. Well done Scenic. We've booked for Bordeaux river cruise next year, can't wait for 2018, we hope it comes round really quickly for us.
