My husband and I planned this cruise for our honeymoon and had a fabulous time! We had an inside stateroom which made me nervous at first but it was great! We really only spent time in our rooms to change and sleep. The beds were great (and I'm picky when it comes to sleep but these beds were better than the Ritz Carlton). We had a super friendly stateroom attendant.
Two things that I rated poorly: The Internet and the Room Service. I needed internet to check up on my children at home and the service was very inconsistent. Considering I paid more than $100 to have internet and streaming service I should have been able to send simple text messages and post pictures on facebook no problem. It wasn't worth it and I would rather pay the exorbitant rates to T-mobile to have service on the ship that actually works, not to mention it probably would have cost less!
Amazing dining experiences. We tried them all. My personal favorite was Sabor! Worth the extra!! The main dining room was very nice and had a great variety. Windjammer was decent buffet style food. And room service was terrible. We didn't order anything super complicated. For example a toasted bagel shouldn't arrive ice cold. And an omelet with cheese that comes with no cheese and luke warm is barely edible. My suggestion - just get up and go get breakfast.
Excellent! While a balcony would have been fabulous we enjoyed our cabin which was the perfect size for 2 adults.
If you get in early go to "Shrimp n Stuff" BEST FISH TACOS EVER!
The Jolly Roger Catamaran was so much fun!
Once in a lifetime experience! If you are offered the chance to do the Jaguar Encounter don't pass it up!
Chichen Itza is a three hour ride from the ship but well worth the experience.
