We were looking for a reasonable cruise with a lot of time at see and this cruise fit the bill nicely at a very good price. The reviews of the ship were very positive, something that made us look forward to the many sea days.
While we enjoyed reading, and the relaxed sea days, the entertainment was pretty lackluster. Almost every activity was either an infomercial or had a fee. The nightly shows were ok, but nothing special with the exception of the last show (Topper). The Beyond the podium would have been much better if the times were a little more sensible (9am after losing an hour is a bit early when on vacation).
Celebrity is really trying to zone in on a specific demographic - that being the older wealthy customer - the shops and entertainment really speak to that. Spa prices were very expensive and many fitness activities cost money.
There are only three real options at Nassau: Go to Atlantis, Walk around the shops by the ships, or go scuba\snorkeling. We chose to just walk around the shops. We bought a few trinkets and then returned to the ship. If we went on another cruise with this port, we would consider just staying on the ship.
Bermuda is beautiful. Turquoise water... Just like in the brochures. We took a water taxi to Hamilton, looked around and then took the bus (I think it was the 7) back to the ship to see the island. A very easy island to navigate around and felt quite safe.
Lisbon is amazing. The architecture and tiles are just beautiful. We took a 3 hour city tour that covered many of the highlights and it was a perfect way to see the city. After the tour, we got off at the square and did some looking around on our own, 7 hours was just not enough time to really enjoy this port.
