Cabin: The Haven 2-Bedroom Family Villa with Balcony

I booked this cruise with several friends shortly after returning from an Alaska cruise on the Jewel a year earlier. Most of us upgraded to the Haven and for half of us it was our first Haven experience. It was well worth the additional cost given the added luxury, the seclusion, all of the perks, and the excellent service by the staff. It will be extremely hard to go back to regular cruising after this experience.

The ship is beautiful and meticulously maintained. Our penthouse stateroom was sumptuous, though being on the top cabin deck we experienced noise from the sun deck above at all hours of the day and night. For the money you spend for the Haven, you shouldn't have to listen to that noise. For that reason I recommend booking the next deck down if at all possible.

Dining in the Haven restaurant for any meal was great; both food and service are far better than any other dining room on the ship with perhaps the exception of Ocean Blue. Our experience in there the last night of the cruise was great.

Cabin Review

The Haven 2-Bedroom Family Villa with Balcony

Cabin H4

Loved this stateroom with the exception of the noise of moving deck furniture and running people (children?) on the public sun deck above at all hours of the day or night. I strongly recommend booking this category on Deck 15 if at all possible.
