Food in Buffet was the same every day. Did not like the fact that people served themselves and food was not covered. Saw many people handling food and putting it back. Other ships have their buffets enclosed with staff serving food, surely this is much more hygienic. Ate at Chops Grille (nothing special), Jamie's (completely underwhelming) and Wonderland (worth trying). The nightly shows were average.

The pool areas were lovely and so were the staterooms. Areas were clean BUT restrooms around the ship were left without toilet paper and in an untidy state as the day wore on.

By far the worst experience I have ever had was the disembarkation. Firstly we were TOLD by Royal Caribbean what time we were getting off (even though their online check in asked us what arrangements we had made to leave the ship and what time). The allocated time was 2.15 hrs after when we were being picked up for private transfer to Beijing. This resulted in a 2 hour queue with people all trying to change their times. Then on the day it was TOTAL CHAOS with no-one overseeing anything. We even witnessed a fight when someone pushed into the queue. Our disembarkation time was 9.15 and we finally left the ship at 11.45. We were praying our 2 hour ride to Beijing would still be waiting for us.

Cabin SD

We were very pleased with the cabin but found the sofa bed to be very hard and therefore uncomfortable which meant the kids shared their time sleeping on it. Our steward did a very good job keeping it tidy.

Singapore

Beautiful clean city. Visited Universal studios and Singapore Zoo which the kids loved. Gardens by the Bay was absolutely amazing and should not be missed. We used taxi's to get around and found them very economical.

Hong Kong

Caught a shuttle bus to nearby train station from where we caught a bus to Stanley Market. This was a very scenic trip on a double decker. We had lunch while there. The market was pretty disappointing - pretty small and set prices but we enjoyed our day. Had a meeting place for the shuttle bus back to ship. Glad we arrived early because the queue was long and we heard many people had trouble getting back to the ship in time which resulted in the ship leaving late.
