We chose this cruise to get a feel of what Princess is all about. We have an Hawaii cruise booked with them and since this is our first time sailing with Princess, we thought we would take this mini cruise to get our feet wet with Princess before committing to a 15 day cruise. I am glad we did. First, the cabin was very nice. After that, it starts to go downhill. Embarkation was a joke to say the least. We stood in one line after another and it took almost 3 hours to board. Once onboard, we went to the dining room to avoid the buffet rush and it took them 25 minutes to take our order once seated. The toilet clogged after only going #1 and it took 2 phone calls to fix that. We found 2 used diabetic test strips on the floor under the desk area. The main show started late causing a domino effect on the rest of our plans for the evening. The comedian was amazing. Best part of the cruise. We were in queue for room service for almost an hour before hanging up and calling the front desk only to be told it was closed! Debarkation was fine and it was good to be home. Time to find a different cruise line to book our Hawaii adventure.

Amazing. Just what we expected except that it was not cleaned.
