Beautiful ship, very "grown-up" style and decor. Made good use of the lovely cabanas by the pool. Really friendly, sociable captain and officers, happy to stop and speak to everyone. The food was very good, brilliant service throughout the ship. We loved the entertainment, very funny comedians, great singers and good productions from the ship's entertainers. Good ports of call, nice long days ashore. The only downside was the drinks on board, they were prohibitively expensive, with bottled bear working out ay $17 a pint! The martinis and cocktails were certainly not cheap, but the mixologists were very talented, putting on a good display of their skills, so we felt the cost was worth it. there were always sunbeds available (the ship did not sail at capacity, however). Our cabin steward was lovely, kind and helpful at all times. We used to rate Princess cruises as our favourite, but they seem to have cut a lot of corners lately, we would now definitely choose Celebrity as our top cruise company.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 3

Cabin C3

Beautiful cabin, loved that the shower had no clingy curtain but a proper set of doors! Great balcony, loads of storage space.

Port Reviews

Miami

Visited Miami many times, still love Miami Marina, South Beach, Bal Harbour and Ocean Drive!

Bonaire

Pretty island, we went to the beach, then had a walk around town

Curacao

Great time at Mambo Beach. Lovely town to walk around, pretty buildings

Aruba

we bought bus tickets for $10 each, allowed us to travel all over the island, we even got to Baby Beach, which would have cost way more by taxi.

Barbados

Went to Mulligans Beach, our favourite. Lovely safe water to swim in. Then into town, for a cool drink ovrlooking the harbour, and a quick visit to Cave Sheppard department store, a great, old-fashioned shop which has not changed over the years.

St. Lucia

We spent most of the day on Rodney Bay. Good beach, visited many times before.

St. Kitts (Port Zante)

"Taxi" was old dive boat, hard wooden seats, insufficient shelter from the sun. Uncomfortable 60 minute trip to and from Nevis.

St. Maarten

We love St. Maarten, we went over to Orient beach on the French side. Returned to Phillipsburg to wander around the main street, so much to see and do, with the best duty free!
