Allure was recommended by family members who had taken the Western Caribbean cruise on this ship. We were pleased to take the Eastern Caribbean tour on Allure based upon their recommendation and our own experience on Explorer of the Seas a few years ago. Everything about the cruise was top notch: cleanliness, staff, state room, facilities, food and more. Our dining room service staff, Merrick and Ruben, were incredible. The were friendly, funny, prompt yet discreet. Our room steward never failed to meet us with a pleasant greeting. The entertainment was of Broadway quality. Mama Mia was better than the original production we had seen years ago. The comedy duo was hilarious. Shopping selection, prices and item quality all were favourable. Based upon comments of friends who have cruised with other lines, we see no need to experiment with the competition when Royal Caribbean travels to ports we want to visit. We will travel again with this cruise line -- no hesitation.
