We booked the breakaway to celebrate my son's birthday and we had seven cabins in total. for the price we paid we received very little. Lets start with the cabin We all paid more for balconies and all were filthy and the glass was so crusty and filthy you couldn't see the water( I sent pics to NCL) By day two we most of the cabins were down to one washcloth and hand towel even thought we had four people and two people in each cabin. We had to continuously ask the cabin steward to vacuum. We took sodas from the mini bar on day one and even though we requested the mini bar to restocked the next day it took three days to get restocked. When we called to complain about the issues I waited15-30 minutes on hold.

As for the activities my kids used the pool one time because of way too much chlorine and even worse there was a dirt ring around the interior of the pool ( pic sent to NCL) The pool was continuously out of towels on a daily basis ( pic sent to NCL) there wasn't enough chaise lounges at the pool and if you wanted to listen to music after dinner you would have to hurry because you would have to sit on an uncomfortable folding chair since they didn't have enough seating ( pic sent to NCL) On day one we were informed that the kids club may not be accommodate all the kids. To drop off my daughter I had to wait on line 20-30 minutes daily to make sure my daughter had the opportunity to go( sent pic of lines to NCL)

As for dinner the majority of dining experiences took two ours and 30 minutes. We didn't have dessert some nights just so we get seats at the shows We pointed out to the waiter that there were lights out of the table on day one. The lights were still out during our last dinner. We had to use cell phone lights to see the menu. Passover was in full swing during our cruise and we ordered matzoh on the first day. We found out about a special Passover menu on the fifth day be accident The waitress incorporated the Passover menus into the dessert menus by mistake. We did find French fries in a pasta dish ( pic sent to NCL) The buffet in the morning always ran out of cereal bowls ( pic sent to NCL) I was told there around. The majority of the ice machines were not working as well. The food was replemished in a timely manner as well ( pic sent to NCL) The elevators were continuously littered with trash and food ( pic sent to NCL) You would find the same debris the next morning. The best was when we got off the sip we waited approximately 30 -45 minutes just to go through customs and get our luggage We found out from the luggage porters that NCL only hired 5 custom agents even though there were 15 desks. I shared my pics with NCL and was sent a form letter and offered a $100 per person discount for my next NCL cruise. I don't think there will be a next time
