WE chose this cruise as a last minute cruise because it fell into the window of opportunity for us. Right place, right time kind of deal. Wife had been on this particular ship a few years ago and loved it. So we decided to try it again. We have cruised mostly with Carnival and find them to be the best deal for your money. Why pay more to go to the same places and have lots more fun?! Knowing Guy's burgers onboard was a plus, and the fact that the ship was recently upgraded was a plus. We also enjoy just staying on the ship, since we have visited the ports several times before. Lots to do onboard to stay busy and enjoy the pools while others are checking out the ports. Carnival's vip plan is great as well, offering incentives to rebook with them. Sunshine is not too big, and not so small that you miss out on activities.
