Embarkation: Embarkation was not as smooth as it has been on previous cruises. It was very unorganized. For the priority guests when they called diamond guests all of the priority guests went, that includes diamond, platinum, suite guests, and I think faster to the fun.

Dining: Dining overall was very good. I really enjoyed the guys burgers. Something a lot of people don't notice is the Old Fashioned BBQ place on deck ten above the main buffet. It was previously a Fish n' Chips place but then they changed it. The macaroni and cheese was a big hit with my son, I even liked it. I don't usually like mac n cheese. The platinum restaurant was very good. A shoutout to our head waiter Jerome (Jamaica, Ocho Rios) our one mishap was at the steakhouse, which BTW would not suggest going there with kids unless they like steak or lobster, my son wanted to order an appetizer off the adult menu and an entree off the kids menu. The waiter gave us a hard time about it and said we would have to pay extra because "you don't usually order off both menus" my son was very upset and didn't even order dessert.

Entertainment:The entertainment was pretty good. I mostly saw the comedian or went to Karaoke at nights, but the night I did go to the show it was EPIC ROCK! It was the best show I've seen on five cruises. The comedians were very funny. Karaoke was a lot of fun.
