I loved the ship, the customer service is very lacking, in all the Carnival Cruises I have been on this one was the least to be desired on the service end. Our cabin was clean; we never saw our cabin steward the first day until 10 p.m. when she ruding awakened us to bring us a life vest for my 9 year old granddaughter that was sailing with me. I am still confused as to why she had to wait until we were sleeping to bring it. She then asked me if I wanted the room cleaned once or twice daily, sleepily I said, "once is good". The next afternoon; after swimming we went back to the room to get ready for dinner, we had the early 6 p.m. dinning,(which we wanted) and to my surprise the room had not been cleaned and we had no clean towels. This was at 5 p.m.

I had to call for towels so we could shower for dinner and was told by the person on the phone why didn't I get them in the morning? What??? are you kidding me???

At that time I told her we needed cleaning 2 times daily so we could have towels for our evening shower.

Cove Balcony

Cabin 7C

The cabin was average; nothing to be excited about; it was clean but missing hangers in the closet.
