We chose this cruise to see another country and to enjoy the warm weather.

It was an interesting experience but I would not choose to go there again as the poverty and living conditions of the people is quite heartbreaking. The beaches were beautiful and we did a lot of snorkelling both in Papua and in Vanuatu. We had a really poor excursion from the ship which was supposed to be a fantastic snorkelling beach near Luganville and it went to another location which did not have any fish or coral and was a dump. We were offered a 25% refund which we thought was very insulting!

The food on board the ship was excellent and the entertainment was second to none. Congratulations to the cruise director in his endeavours. The artists were varied and very good and the resident group called the Rapsody trio who played in the atrium every evening were also very good. All in all it was a very relaxing cruise
