Another not so good experience for NCL. My wife and I have done over 30 cruises with different cruise lines and I just don't get the attraction to NCL. This is the second time on the cruise line and again we were disappointed in the cruise as a whole. Although we had some bright spots on our cruise like Jessica (Jess) and Sarah at the Aloha bar and our cabin steward Eric P., the crew just seemed to be going through the motions not doing anything to help the cruise experience. The ship itself is pretty nice and spacious but the balcony cabin we had was probably the smallest one we've had yet. Food was nothing spectacular which again made the experience so-so. Some waitstaff was good others seemed to be destracted by other things line cell phones or conversations with other waiters. When the cruise director made announcements over the PA system you could hardly understand what she was saying unless you were in a hallway under a speaker. The port excursions were good but expensive.

I think the cruise started off bad with us walking into our cabin with separated beds champagne we ordered delivered not on ice and warming in a hot room with no champagne glasses. Another bottle of champagne under the same condition but not pre refrigerated at all, no excursion tickets for the next days early excursion and other things. Then silly and ignorant excuses from the front desk. Not a fan of this cruise ship or cruise line.
