Service crews are very friendly. Lots of varieties in onboard entertainment. You'll never get bored on this ship. Our family really enjoyed the dining experience at Edelwiess.

The passenger capacity of the ship is just perfect for easy embarkation and disembarkatIon. I rarely see any line up for buffet meals served during breakfast and lunches.

If you plan on getting shore excursions, be mindful of its prices. Check carefully and ask for more details for some of them are really pricey. Get ready for shopping when the ship is on port - real bargains (costa maya and cozumel). And when the ship is on 'soft port' get ready for a bumpy ride going to your shore excursion destinations.
