We chose this cruise because we like the transatlantic cruises and the ports of call this cruise offered. There were quite a few issues on this cruise as it was just coming off of dry dock and a lot of things were overlooked. The front desk staff, in general, were rude to customers and not knowledgeable. Even laughed at customers questions and seemed put off that they had to be bothered. Think they might have needed more training. Re the room-club class mini suite-not cleaned well, mold in refrig, which I had to clean out before we used the refrig and other dirty areas were a disappointment. Took pictures. Cigarette butts on our deck-hmmmm. In general, the club class mini suites are not worth the extra money. On 4-18-17 at 4:30am the PA came on in all rooms stating "Emergency on bridge! No further action required." Waking up passengers. No one was able to explain what happened. Food was ok but not special. Easter Sunday they served sausage and sauerkraut!! We, as well as many others, were very disappointed in this ship, crew and experience. Staff, in general, did not seem happy. Princess did not deliver their promise to "Come back new"
