Was curious about cruising on the largest cruise ship. The cruise line should not charge for popcorn. Using Evian water is huge mistake. Since Coke is served on board, why not use bottled Dasani water? Evian water is nasty. Not enough Coke machines on the ship. The entertainment was okay--the production of Cats was awful...not too many people return after the intermission. A bottle of water and small bag of pop corn was $2.50 at the theater...plus tip. The elevators are ridiculously slow. Cannot hear any of the captains announcements inside the room. All announcements should be simulcast and interrupt regular programming on the television channels. The 24 hour coffee shop always has warm coffee until around 6 a.m. when more people start waking up and arriving. For a ship this large, cannot believe how much the ship rocked left to right, etc. It was ridiculous. The SEA PASS card should be provided with a plackard to put the pass in to wear around your neck... the plackard shold be FREE. The cruise line is profit driven not customer satisfaction driven.
