First and foremost the ship is beautiful and big! Even though there were 5000+ cruisers on board it did not feel crowded at all. The layout of the ship is designed to have many different areas to walk about and explore. The Central Park area is so beautiful, I loved all of the plants and foliage.
We boarded early and took advantage of the short lines for the Ultimate Abyss and Zipline, they both opened around 12:00.
We booked a Grand Suite for this cruise putting us into the Sky Class. What a treat! We had dinner every night at Coastal Kitchen, we went there right after we boarded on the first day to make our reservations for the week since you can't book them ahead of time.
This was our first time in a grand suite and it did not disappoint. There was more than enough storage space. The bathroom was huge with a full tub and two sinks. It was great to have the privacy curtains for the main bedroom while the kids slept on the pull out couch in the living room area. The balcony was huge with two lounger chairs, two regular chairs and a table, we spent lots of time out there enjoying the ocean view.
My only complaint about this room is that early each morning we would hear people (crew?) moving the deck chairs around.
We booked a separate Jet Ski tour with a local company. The tour was amazing, beautiful scenery and beautiful beaches.
The stop is so short, it's hard to get a full experience. We have been to Nassau a few other times, so we just walked around a bit to see the Queen's Staircase and Fort Fincastle and then back to the ship.
Quick and easy embarkation process. Get there early to avoid the traffic.
