We have always loved Trans Atlantics but found this one to have a lack of germ control. There was a lot of coughing and lack of hand washing on the ship. There were broken hand washing stations limiting access to sinks entering the buffet. Never saw any crew maintenance wiping for germs in hallways, elevators or main areas.

The embarkation was a very smooth process. Our cabin was lovely. We sailed on deck 15 for the first time and it was smooth sailing. Our cabin steward was one of the best we have ever had. He was very observant and we never lacked for anything. Room service was fast and courteous.

The activities on the ship were many and lots of fun. There is such a variety that no one should ever be bored. There was dancing in the piazza and trivia contests as shopping sales to attend. Cruise Critic had many gatherings for social events.

We had a lovely balcony room. It was on the 15th deck and we had smooth sailing. It was very convenient access to the buffet on 16. I would never hesitate to travel on the upper decks again.
