My husband and I have been on 27 cruises....have sailed Princess 3 times. I love Princess...ships, staff, and on this cruise Captain Tuvo. He was amazing. Always around to meet and talk to you. Cruise Director Andrew and his staff were great. As a former Activity Director for an Assisted Living home I know how hard it is to keep people entertained and they did an excellent job. Having 9 sea days on this cruise is a lot of activities to plan.

I liked the ship but it is in need of a refurbish. Still a nice ship...well taken care of. I found it a little confusing to get around. But after a week had no problem.

My sister came with us on the cruise and 4 days into the cruise she came down with the flu. The medical facility and staff were great. She was quarantined for 3 days and missed Hilo and Oahu but Princess made every effort to make her feel comfortable. They even refunded her excursion fees for the ones she missed. I thought that was great.
