There were 4 of us travelling together - myself, my husband and 7 & 9 year old daughters. The only other cruise we had been on was a Royal Carribean cruise last year. Overall this was a good experience, and we had lots of fun, but there were lots of little things that didn't quite add up to the level of service we received on RC last year, that bring down my overall rating.

Embarkation / Disembarkation

Probably the worst thing about this cruise. Our "boarding time" was 12-12:30. We showed up just before 12, and the line ups were insane. It took us almost 2 hours to get on the ship. Disembarkation wasn't much better....only one gangway was open which forced everyone out the same door. We chose to carry our luggage off ourselves thinking that would speed things up, but only to find the lineups queued and winding all through the ship to get off.

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BC

Clean, modern, large enough for us all. Can't complain too much. WE had a balcony this time which made a huge difference to us.
