We started off wrong by having a problem with our booking. We booked conceige and they did not have us in that type of a room The ship was to capacity and we could not be moved. The first day at sea, I tried to book some tours, they were all sold out and I was told 75% of the tours had been booked before the cruise started! They were working on getting more operators to do the tours.
The food was just awful, we were in the Main Dining room and finally we had to complain as my husband got ill twice. They tried to move us within the dining room and they was even worse. They tried to make it up by giving us a pass to the Tuscan Grille.
The entertainment was mediocre at best. One of the worse parts for us was the tender coming back from the Grand Cayman. The seas had become very wild and we could not get to the boat. We were thrown all around and they finally told us to put our life jackets on as we were out in the middle of the ocean. We finally got back to shore, where we boarded a bigger boat to bring us back to the ship!. No one even acknowleged we had an issue!!
