We chose this cruise for one reason, and one reason only...The April 19 cruise was the inaugural cruise to Havana. While we were not disappointed by Havana, we did find the ship to be average at best.

First of all, the embarkation procedure was magnificent. My wife uses a walker and the staff could not have been more accommodating or efficient. We were through the procedure in less than a half hour.

The cabin was the smallest one (inside 4129) we have ever encountered. The only way to get off the bed (which was comfortable) was by sliding down from the top to the bottom of the bed. There was NO room to get off the bed from the side. However, there was enough room to put our belongings. The shower/bathroom was a standard tiny one, but did it's job. The television was HDTV, but unlike most ships, it did not have movie options. The stations included ESPN, CNN, TBS, TNT, some foreign language stations and a number of RCL in house stations. We were surprised that RCCL charges almost $8 for any room service meals. The room steward was very efficient and friendly (which was true of almost every worker on the ship).

Cabin Inside

Smallest cabin...ever. Could not get off the bed unless you slid from top to bottom as there was no space on the sides.
