Ship is too large with too many people.

Found it was a competition to get sunbeds and spent more time waiting at the bar to get served than it took to drink the drink!

Customer service from some of the staff in the Windjammer was really poor. They were quick to say 'No' rather than let me find out i.e. When we asked to have our 18 month old babies bottle washed, we were first told they cannot wash it. After speaking to a supervisor we were advised its not an issue to wash it and they put it in the dishwasher. Some staff in the Windjammer were amazing and really wanted to work.....they were really friendly and even remembered what drinks we would have so we didn't need to order them. Some of them seemed as if they were being forced to work.

Cabin Review

Cabin Stateroom

Seemed really small especially when the sofa was converted to a bed......hardly any space to move.

Was really clean and well maintained.
