Sail Date: Apr 2017

We took this transatlantic cruise back to Rome having sailed across in the other direction last October. The food was excellent as usual. Still one of the best buffets at sea (but still a little too much salt at times). The crew is the best of all the brands I have sailed (including all others of Carnival Corp, Royal Caribbean and Viking). Our cabin was spacious and beautiful and always expertly serviced. The Crow's Nest is a very comfortable get away. I like the new tea/dances format. The pool side movies, complete with a full menu of free "movie snacks" (wings, pizza, nachos and more - not just popcorn) are varied and very good.

Still disappointed with the thermal spa and the lack of on-board activities (see my review of our October transatlantic), so I am still hoping for improvements in these areas.

Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable cruise
