Out of the 8 cruises we've taken from Florida over the last few years (Carnival, Royal Caribbean & NCL) Celebrity Silhouette was the best all around. Easy check in, not overcrowded, good food, good entertainment & best all around staff.
Embarkation procedure was more organized with shorter lines than other lines.
Regarding food we thought it was very good but Carnival is a hair better. The way the buffet area was set up made for shorter lines than other ships. The wait in the dining room was short & the service was very good. The matrade was exceptional (old school) & he filled special requests from us.
