My family and I spent the period 3 to 7 April on the MSC Sinfonia. We booked three cabins.
A few issues that left us very disappointed in the service.
On the first day, 3 April 2017, we requested directions to the nearest elevator from the crew member manning the Shore Excursions Counter. The lady was extremely rude and appeared to be quite irritated that I asked her for directions.
