We chose this cruise for the itinerary and wanting to take an east bound t/a having done several crossing west bound.
Knowing the ship was coming out of dry dock gave us some concern which proved correct in our thinking. Much refurbishing was still being performed during the cruise such as carpeting still being laid down and an annoying banging/grinding noise below our cabin mid ship.
Cannot understand how when you have the all inclusive beverage package the International Cafe still managed to charge us and customer service could not correct the issue, we just gave up. This has put us off from cruising with Princess in the future.
Club class was worth the extra money for us.
Jimmy, our cabin attendant was one of the best we have ever had. Always kept our cabin tidy.
Did not like the idea that our balcony stuck out and the cabin above could look down onto us while sitting outside, not much privacy.
Just walked into port for about two hours, not much interest for us we live on the beach.
Enjoyed the show with lunch at the Commons Inn.
Blarney castle was interesting.
The locals performed dockside during sail away which was very touching.
Very orderly disembarkation and onto the bus to LHR.
